What do you think when you picture a muscle car? Probably a big, blocky, attractive car that can burn through a straight line with no problem, but has the cornering ability of an elephant with a tranquilizer dart in its butt. Ford is trying to alter these pre-conceived notions of what makes a muscle car a muscle car. Exhibit A: the 2015 Ford Mustang GT.
First thing’s first, let’s go over what still classifies this as a muscle car. For one, it still carries the Ford Mustang name and badge. As long as that exists, you can be pretty sure what you are driving is going to possess at least some of the qualities of a muscle car. The Ford Mustang is to muscle cars what Oreos are to milk.
