“The Book of Mormon” at Wrigley Field
Mormons took over Wrigley Field on Monday, April 13 as the cast from the award winning musical “The Book of Mormon” stopped by to sing the national anthem, throw out the first pitch, and lead the stadium in “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” for the seventh inning stretch. David Larsen, who plays Elder Price, sang the National Anthem and threw out the first pitch and later conducted the seventh inning stretch with his co-star, Cody Jamison, who plays Elder Cunningham. “The Book of Mormon” is now playing a limited engagement at Broadway in Chicago’s Bank of America Theater. The musical was created by Trey Parker, Matt Stone, and Robert Lopez.
