Why Trump Fired FBI Director?
It shouldn’t have been a surprise when President Donald Trump fired FBI Director James Comey this week.
On the one hand, Comey helped out Trump greatly when he told the public he was investigating Hillary Clinton’s emails. One of my friends said there and then when it was announced that Clinton would lose to Trump.
On the other hand, Comey is leading an investigation into Trump’s ties to Russia and this has obviously infuriated the President.
They say Comey could not swear loyalty to the President, and Trump has the power to fire those who work for him. If he doesn’t want Comey to work for him, so be it, move on to the next guy.
