Chicago’s yearly Taste of Chicago where you can sample everything from classical local dishes, to specialty ethnic cuisines and inspired chef creations and enjoy live music runs this weekend July 5-9 at Grant Park.
The new additions this year include live painting by local artists, performances by local dance companies and a daily procession by local dance companies, as well as a daily procession of The March of the Puppets.
Admission is free, but tickets for food and drinks are sold in strips of 14 for $10. Ticket sales (cash or credit card) end at 8:30 p.m. each day of the festival. Continues Fri. 11am – 9pm and Sat. and Sun. 10am – 9pm.
